The advertisers, those who actually pay the content creators on the bird app, have zero incentive to amplify this message. In a way, they dictate (or rather heavily influence) what is being said (or not) on the bird app. It's precisely this hierarchical fiat model that nostr is disrupting.

I'm pretty sure that for most users (99.99%), it'd be much easier to monetise their content on nostr than on the bird app.
