If they did go on a gold standard, wouldn’t they just do it like the last time where the feds dictate the price of gold at a rate advantageous to the US, thus making it more or less just another fiat currency?

It's a strange stage of life, being excited to receive big piles of crap.

If you're having a hard time finding manure you could try hitting up smaller grocery stores for old produce. That could get a good pile going.

I will have to make inquiries. As I’ve just started last year, my current compost bin is a jerry-rigged contraption made from two totes, one nestled in the other, with drilled holes for drainage.

I went and bought a Heatbit mini today.

I did need a heater for the basement, since it’s always cold down there even in summer. Plus it has an air filter, so that cool too.

Seems like there’s a third function, it escapes me at the moment. I’ll let ya know how it works out.
