Does anyone hosts "playground" instances of their Nostr clients and services?

It would be great to have a dedicated instance where one could make multiple throw away accounts, try out various features, like posting, posting with photos, videos, creating badges, polls and all kinds of events that will eventually just be deleted after a week or month.

I will probably do this for nostr:nprofile1qqsdr0fnxvmn8hxyz8cwazfm8zu9yt7qmc38ll69nkvsgn8dnej4sxckxm0xe, to avoid polluting the public space.

User's could go crazy and learn with confidence, before committing content for "eternity" on the public nostr network.

It would be great if the relays and media servers for this could be a collaboration, would improve compatibility testing across implementations.
