nostr:npub1h8nk2346qezka5cpm8jjh3yl5j88pf4ly2ptu7s6uu55wcfqy0wq36rpev has casually dropped Nostr in a discussion about Roger Ver, Michael Saylor and big blocks on a weird libertarian podcast. I wonder what the people there and the listeners got from that.

I remember that nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c came to Nostr from hearing a similar casual drop from nostr:npub1elmpag2wf9qct4jje2lpkhum52q2q7z0h30zqu80mlq5rq63xahsfrzwnd on Tim Pool.

I think its a great way to reach people who would be genuinely curious. A lot of people who could benefit from it have already checked out from big socials, but they still listen to & watch their favorite stuff. I've gotten a few calls from friends who heard a nostr mention on something they watched.

Perhaps that is an argument against causally name dropping nostr. I'll leave it to the reader to judge.

it's great to have you here!

Nostr was recently mentioned on the second channel of MKBHD, one of the most popular tech YouTubers.
