These things are rubbish. I bought one a while back. The material and the straps did nothing to stop the weight swinging about while running. Sent it straight back.

Just get a plate carrier and add some armor, (ar500 steel for hard mode) and it’s dual purpose. You can add stuff to the molle to carry water bottle, etc
