Lightning is in no way a replacement for Monero.

Lightning is not final settlement until it's on chain. Fully interactive. If you are not running a LN node 24/7 or trusting someone else to do it, rug potential is always there.

Most transactions route thru large centralized nodes.

But more importantly, it is not private, particularly reciever privacy sucks. Stop lying to people.

Monero transactions are also not final, until money is transferred to bitcoin, at least in the form of lightning 😜

Not to be online 24/7 you can increase penalty timeouts in your channels to say 2 weeks and appear online once in 2 weeks.

To improve receiver privacy, you can receive through an intermediate node (there are even protocols doing this automatically).

Large routing nodes are not an issue, because anyone can run routing node himself.

Stop lying to people making a case for a shitcoin from supposed disadvantages of lightning âš¡
