For now it's just a proposal. My proposal, as police labour union, would be to lower the age at which stabbers can get convicted for their crime. This is a joke and wont solve the actual problem which is people getting stabbed by underage kids (gangs) at bus stops and elsewhere. Last week a guy got arrested for defending himself against a 13 year old perpetrator who walked free cause of his age.
why are kids doing these stabbings though? Gang initiations or something?
