Don't know plebiANON's situation, but I had my drain in route to my node and it was unconfirmed for 3 days, sent an email to them and they replied with a "its done now" and it was. Hats off on that part of this sadness in hood.

That's some incredible customer support. It sounds like they're doing everything they can to make their customers whole. Perhaps I was wrong with my initial reaction to their current situation.
I think the initial reaction was appropriate, but they are making amends by doing the right thing. For that, they deserve props.
