For some reason the transaction wasn’t showing up in Sparrow, was trying all sorts of stuff to find it, and was checking my Zeus wallet to try to put that into Sparrow, but the checksum was invalid because it had never been used. All of the sudden I see the sats in Zeus and 2 confirmations. They paid the CPFP and got it through.
Don't know plebiANON's situation, but I had my drain in route to my node and it was unconfirmed for 3 days, sent an email to them and they replied with a "its done now" and it was. Hats off on that part of this sadness in hood.
Seems they did the same for me with no email correspondence.
That's some incredible customer support. It sounds like they're doing everything they can to make their customers whole. Perhaps I was wrong with my initial reaction to their current situation.
I think the initial reaction was appropriate, but they are making amends by doing the right thing. For that, they deserve props.
