Lunch time! Today we're having crispy shredded brisket tacos, using the brisket I cooked and shredded after we made our beef haul Tuesday. For toppings, we have cabbage, onions, cheese, and some very tasty avocado sauce that I made. Yall, shredded brisket is the way to go, rather than sliced brisket like they serve at most bbq joints. Since I had already cooked it, all I did was heat it in a skillet, easy peasy. These tacos were fabulous!😋😋 #grownostr #foodstr #localbeef #countrylife #brisket
