Lunch time! Today we're having crispy shredded brisket tacos, using the brisket I cooked and shredded after we made our beef haul Tuesday. For toppings, we have cabbage, onions, cheese, and some very tasty avocado sauce that I made. Yall, shredded brisket is the way to go, rather than sliced brisket like they serve at most bbq joints. Maria I have brisket in my fridge ready to cook right now, would you mind sharing your recipe? It looks so delicious

It was pretty simple, I just cooked it in the crockpot on low setting, overnite. Or just cook during the day, time depends on how full your slow cooker is. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. That was it. Afterward, just shredded it with forks. Its very versatile, for tacos, or I love it with scrambled eggs too. Or sandwiches.
