honestly i love it and i think a lot of the other girls do too !!! y’all have been really welcoming (one notable exception) instead of saying “eww” or pointing the finger at us for our ~sinful~ ways. and nostr’s lack of censorship is something we’re really liking too, because being anti-censorship means we can’t be censored either. its 🔥🔥🔥🔥 here

is there anything you miss about BlueSky after joining Nostr? 🤔
I really enjoy the What’s Hot feed because increased visibility etc and I also liked being able to curate feeds for specific interests — gardening, lingerie, etc
i think i miss how bsky felt at first most. the feeling i had been holding onto for too long. it was really enjoyable at first but theyre not even good at moderating, why are they promising a moderated experience? apart from a screenshot someone posted in my mentions, what ive seen on bsky lately has been worse than anything ive seen here
i also miss doing my rapid-fire shitposting, but that doesnt feel like the vibe here. i’ll survive

I find the user experience more intuitive on bsky but I think I like how Nostr handles moderation better. I’m not opposed to moderated platforms, but the way bsky has handled it is not it.

What the heck happened at bsky? Did they start censoring egirls?
past few days have just been a bunch of people shitting on sex workers for what they think is a morally justified reason. image labeler sucks & censors us tremendously. mutelists mean that people can mute us en masse. its been. sucky from the dev side for a bit now but the community turning on us so viciously was recent and a bit of a shock (tho not a surprise, ultimately)
The only thing that's noticably being monitored and moderated is adult content, the filters are too strict and are worse for femme type bodies, making it possible for hog to reach "what's hot" but we couldn't, even when clothed.
And they heavily relied on members, including sex workers, to get it to a place people wanted to be and then fed them to the wolves.

May be of interest to one of you to build out your own Nostr relay. I don’t know, seems like people would pay a good amount of sats to be connected to a relay that connects to all real e-girls.
Thank you! I think our own relay is something we'll be looking into once we find our feet a little more, but in the meantime I think there will be more baddies on the way soon!
There are more knowledgeable people out there but I’m starting to learn how to build relays, if you need help in the future. Everyone here is very helpful though
