Today is supposed to be a day of rest for the American worker. However, for millions of Americans out there it is yet another day of stress.

Great Bent Sir

No rest for the Hot Dog Heroes🫡

From a friend on FB where I shared this:

“This should prove to be an interesting debate between who would be responsible to stop the mathematical inequality that is doomed to arise in the economy. Here, you point the to government. And yes, they are the bad guy. BUT, when someone has to be the bad guy it needs to be the government. Just like when parents have to be the bad guy to set their children straight, and the children end up disliking the overbearing parents because of it. Someone does need to be the bad guy. Up until the 1800's it was the church and the church leveraged afterlife fear in order to garner subjugation of the masses. But now that the church has significantly less power, who is going to be the bad guy who had to do what must be done to set the math back to "fair". Check out the linked article, and I'll leave you with this quote from it.

"We find it noteworthy that the best-fitting model for empirical wealth distribution discovered so far is one that would be completely unstable without redistribution rather than one based on a supposed equilibrium of market forces. In fact, these mathematical models demonstrate that far from wealth trickling down to the poor, the natural inclination of wealth is to flow upward, so that the “natural” wealth distribution in a free-market economy is one of complete oligarchy. It is only redistribution that sets limits on inequality."

Your friend is not entirely wrong, but he seems to miss, as many do, the role fiat plays in the outcomes we are seeing in the economy. He could use Jimmy Song’s new book

Agreed. Once I have some down time to think and write I’ll craft a response and share here. It’s the tools of control. The church abused written word and was the “government” of the time since they held the monopoly on violence.

On Labor Day, we reflect on the principle that dignifies honest work. It's a day to honor the value of toil, not just for material gain but for the opportunity it provides to cultivate virtue, contribute to society, and find contentment in fulfilling our duties with excellence.

"The feeling of increased #hopelessness is palpable."

I need to take a few minute break after reading this so I can cry.

So I can clear myself and finish reading it.

This is absolutely true.

The current #EconomicApartheid we live in is utter #violence against the #WorkingClass.

I know #Bitcoin fixes this, Marty, but, believe me... there are days when I feel so horribly #overwhelmed, #anxious & #terrified that #despair is all I see.

I am a woman with many, many limitations, but also fortunate to have options that many other women (& men) don't.

Options that are not easy in any way, nor are they saving me from the #monsters I gotta fight against still, but they're possibilities which, if I hadn't learned about #BTC, I would flat out be blind to them!

Now, I best interrupt this interruption...so I can go back to reading what you wrote...

As ex public servant, I can relate...a lot to your sentiments regarding government.

I am sad to admit that I worked with great people who, believe it or not, wanted to help people. Like me, they were sold not only on the health insurance benefits, but on the fact that we were there to help others.

Many of those folks, like me, learned how much we were and are lied to. Like me, many stay/stayed because we couldn't even work up the strength needed to run away from it. When you work your fingers to the bone with hopeless backlogs and caseloads that do nothing but grow, you can't even come up with a spoon to to start digging a hole in the cell your jailed.

I lost coworkers, friends! They literally died from the effects of stress and anxieties! One of my coworkers took his own life, while two others died IN THE OFFICE BUILDING during the course of our shift!

My job did almost killed me in more ways than one.

(Not that my current job in "health care" is any better!!!!)

Dear Lord...I sound so phucking whinny now...

Sorry...

But this is to re-iterate...

#FIATisVIOLENCE !!!!

If you are a #Bitcoiner, please, don't give up on spreading the #truth to your loved ones!!!

Fiat IS violence!!!!

There is no debate there...at all!!!!

If there is, be patient, kind, and PRAY till the cows come home, because we all deserve a bright, honest, hopeful & optimistic future.

All our lives truly depend on it.
