Idk, I'd probably fire any employee who got the damn thing just for lack of ability to trust their intelligence, so I guess technically it should be okay for a company to do the same thing in reverse. Although, that does seem to open the door to all sorts of voluntary requests & conditions for employment that normies would throw a fit over. 🤔

And I think companies should be able to discriminate against customers the same way that customers are allowed to discriminate against companies, but somehow I bet he isn't consistent when it comes to companies refusing to do woke shit.

I agree overall.

When it comes to individual medical treatments, I don't think that contracts should be able override basic individual liberties. The right to own our bodies is just fundamental and must preceed all laws.

As for selective commerce, yes, companies should be free to trade/deal/interact with whom they choose. Although selective commerce may not be as profitable.

The problem arrives when a few government-created monopolies deny individuals service.
