BEAST MODE! All I can connect to is your pull-up ladder, I do a 1 to 7 to 1 and then 1 isometric. Maybe I need to up my game with creatine?

Yes, that pyramid is my current ladder but only once a week for maintenance. I don't have the time now because I have been training for a marathon. Hopefully I can do more pull-ups and push-ups towards the end of November.
