Nah but I have many years ago. Mine always had skinny stalks & tasted very green. I don't think I'd want to be consuming that much fibre.

In my mind celery is only good for tuna sandwiches & crab salad 😂

Ah, gotcha. I cook with it quite a bit.

fundamentally celery is bad though. The only food which consumes more calories in digestion than it provides

you could in theory eay yourself to death with celery.
