For those newly joining us for World Carnivore Month, remember, you need to eat enough fat! Lean meat is not the answer.

If your meat is lean, add butter, ghee, fatty offcuts from your butcher, lard, duck fat, or bacon grease! Fat is essential for health & weight loss.
