There’s very little. Maybe I’m bad at searching, but I can’t find anything about him saying HOW the body goes into autophagy.. rather than the discovery itself. But that’s bullshit. The man discovered it. That means he put cells into a state that would trigger autophagy for potentially YEARS to prove his discovery
