I tried brining a few people to nostr and they said they’d join but never did. Even the bitcoiners I invited said they’re not joining.

That network effects are a thing and it’s super hard to get people to switch.
true but remember, revolutionary technology tends to go through this process and it’s gradual. and it starts by only convincing a few people (meaning no sudden mass adoption or hype).
