The Kremlin has now vehemently denied, in response, that they want to conquer all of Ukraine, and definitely not NATO countries. They just want the occupied territories and it's Ukraine being stubborn, that is holding up peace talk. Ukraine says the Russians are being stubborn. Both praise the USA and talks continue. Berlin and Miami are over. Next stop Moscow.

I'm assuming finger-pointing and blame-passing and public whining are actually good signal, as everyone wants to enter direct talks looking like The Reasonable One.
