Best whole egg mayo - a good base for sauces.

Liquid coconut oil has a mild taste & is mostly stable saturated fat.

I personally want a neutral oil for my mayo but a nice tip is adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce before adding the oil

Macadamia nut oil would probably be acceptable but I can't justify the price.
