I used just the egg yolk and would add garlic if i had some
I personally want a neutral oil for my mayo but a nice tip is adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce before adding the oil
Yeah - my lard attempt was a failure 😆
Macadamia nut oil would probably be acceptable but I can't justify the price.
