IM A TEA 🍵 DRINKER ( SWITCHED FROM COFFEE ) BUT I BRUSH 🪥 AFTER .
I brush in the evening. Fluoride is poison - that's why it works - but I'm not putting it in my mouth twice a day.
And my teeth are strong and white, tyvm. Breath is fine, too.
