For creative business, not having an instagram account is a huge setback. Some venues require an instagram presence for participation.
BUT I really dont want to be there again. Im a full grown up adult. Sill, very bad for my mental.

I set up my Nostr account before I set up Instagram and FB accounts. I was so reluctant... Now I use the Meta scheduling tool for my posts so I can be on there once every few weeks, post to both without having to actually get on there, and then check in once a week or so. This is the only way I've been able to manage it healthily. I get on and start scrolling and it's over... 🫤 But yeah, for businesses, it has (unfortunately) become critical.
Oh, so just for posting, I dont have to be there often. Thats good to know.

Billion users, I mean. It is good for business but not for mind.
