Phoenix is my goto, the only issue is i can't *receive* with them without an always online Lightning address. So i receive with Alby and then offload into Phoenix every week or so, or whenever it grows to 100-200k sats or something.

I recommend that setup. Receive with Alby, withdraw when decent amounts to Phoenix, send with Phoenix.

Awesome thanks. I did download Phoenix and I have some SATs in it. How do I connect it in noster? I use amethyst on Android

You shouldn’t have to connect it. I just tap the zap button and it opens my wallet to send with the payment details. I’m on Damus, but maybe there is a setting that lets you select what wallet to open with? I would start there in Amethyst settings. I’ll try to remember to break out my android later when I get downstairs to work
