hey nostr fam! when making a big batch of meatballs, do you freeze them cooked or raw? #foodstr

I prefer to cook them and eat them in one sitting, meatballs are awesome!

Mostly cooked. Take them out to use and finish them off when needed.

Speaking on Italian style only. Both, raw then thaw & cook (add sauce) then freeze 2nd portion (in or out of sauce) for later use.

Freeze them cooked.
