Is anyone into juicing?

Trying to decide between the following juicers: Sana 727, Nama J2, Kuvings Auto10 or Revo830, or Huron H400 or H310.

Planning to juice mostly leafy greens and larger batches of juice.

Would appreciate any recommendations!

i love my nama j2 💜

Ok! That was the one that I was leaning towards.

I think juicing is a really bad idea. First, it potentially concentrates bacteria/volume to an infectious threshold. Second, it modifies the vitamin, sugar, and carbohydrate to fiber balance, essentially turning fruit into an insulin storm nightmare for your body, like soda with phytonutrients.

I generally don't consume much of anything other than meat and milk.

Juices oxidise and eliminate fibre that is also good for your teeth (apples, peaches, plums, pears, etc).

I eat some fruit but fruit and veg are a lot less important than the food pyramid says. Milk and meat, that should be 80% of your diet. A lot of people think milk isn't good but that's because a lot of milk is overprocessed or grain fed and these things destroy its value. Some people are actually lactose or casein intolerant but they are in the minority (maybe 30% of the total world population, and out of those reading this, probably only 10%).

I’m right there too, meat, fermented milk products, and some veggies. Fruit is for dessert on the rare occasion. Actual sweets actually taste bad to our family. It’s amazing how the human perception of taste shifts with the mean consumption profile.

Yeah, I just had some pure cacao this morning first time in a while and it was downright sweet. It has sugars in it but when it's the only non lactose sugar in a week it really is noticable. To normies probably bitter af.

Lactose is not very sweet, either. Cacao is sweeter.
