It hasn't been confirmed. However, people have been complaining that they see all of his tweets even if they don't follow him. I can confirm this happens to me on other accounts of mine and my main. A supposed engineer leaked a story that he demanded his tweets get boosted after he was losing engagement.
I believe Twitter will likely be the death of his empire..

If Musk really started researching Nostr, he'd be trying to either sell Twitter right now, or figure out how to transition Twitter over to Nostr in some form.. Twitter as a Client on Nostr.. I could see it happening. I see the BOT control of Nostr really coming into play
