Delete Ledger Live now, consider it malware. Don't accept any update.
If you have to use it to move funds to a safe wallet, you can connect via Blockstream Green.

That your keys can be compromised via an update? Assume that there's a backdoor already.
This is something that always bothers me. Why use something that has USB? WHY?
Why not just cameras and screens? You can't download a virus through a QR code.
It's like looking vs sticking your thing in. You can't catch an STD by looking. You can by sticking it in.

Yes this is possible but only if the attack surface is big enough. On a seed signer that is totally airgapped and has no extra functions this is a moot point.
Upgrade to a better device such as:
- Seedsigner
- Blockstream Jade
- Coldcard
- Foundation
