I know it’s insane that no one can seem to find real evidence that vaccines are safe and effective. There isn’t even strong evidence that diseases are transmissible from person to person. There are diseases like scarlet fever that have no vaccine but magically disappeared. There are diseases like pellagra and scurvy that were believed to be contagious until it was discovered that they were nutritional deficiencies. The studies on contagion theory were all weak and inconclusive. But once the narrative was set in motion, they became standard in the treatment of diseases. No one seems to ask for the evidence as long as someone wearing a white coat says it’s true. Why do you believe the things you believe without evidence for it? Because everyone around you believes it? Maybe common sense isn’t a good standard for truth.
When everyone starts at inventing wheel, humanity would have stopped at the wheel. You build on previous inventions. Did you question the notion of food keeping you alive? The obvious proof is to starve to death.
No matter where you’re, social media is an echo chamber. It’d be foolish to believe nostr is different.
I’ve tried fasting before and it doesn’t feel great so I can infer that starving is likely to lead to bad outcomes.
How come there is evidence that intermittent fasting is good for health. Moreover, some people go on a prolonged fast and the state that they were body chemistry changed for good. I believe they might have their own evidence while you have your own evidence that it is not true. Who do you think I should sign with just based on evidence?
