Upping the tempo quite a bit π Great job π
I did push it today, was trying to break the 160BPM, and it worked ! π
Beautifully done π I should get back to running myselfβ¦
This was like a year ago now 
Well you are a pro π never did more than 10km ! You should ! Itβs very rewarding !
That was the longest one I did π π I was actually pushing it quite a bit during that run, listening to a stoicism podcast at the same time.
I think the toughest thing for me is to get my mind off of things, and not to get in my own way, by thinking what I can and canβt do π
Iβll have to start off with walks, before getting back into running, donβt want to shock my body π
Yeah π go back gradually ! The hardest part is to stay focused on your breathing even when you are tired !
The breathing part is incredibly difficult thatβs for sure.. π I donβt think I ever got it fully down to 100%
