I’ve heard people take issue with seed oils before (at a bitcoin meetup) what is the deal with seed oils?
Discussion
High in omega-6 fats, which are unstable and prone to oxidation when heated. They are continually reheated in restaurants and fast food joints.
When oxidised, they produce harmful by-products that drive inflammation and damage mitochondria.
Along with this they're high energy density and low nutrient density leading to weight gain and metabolic dysfunction.
And they don't taste very good.
One of the most succinct explanations I’ve read so far, thank you for taking the time to reply!
its just a fake product thats made in a lab that is the basis for processed food products.........we need real fats and not to worry about cholesterol.
