High in omega-6 fats, which are unstable and prone to oxidation when heated. They are continually reheated in restaurants and fast food joints.

When oxidised, they produce harmful by-products that drive inflammation and damage mitochondria.

Along with this they're high energy density and low nutrient density leading to weight gain and metabolic dysfunction.

And they don't taste very good.
