No walking today, did some squats with the kettlebell. I prefer walking with the weights, kind of a two birds with one stone type thing, but squats work too. #twoandahalfishdays💪 #somethingratherthannothing #tryingtogetmysexyback👀

Yes, I'm not trying to get jacked lol. The lean muscle and strength are a great byproduct of kicking my walking up a notch. It's been thundering all day, so I did the squats for a little movement and booty poppage 😂

one arm, one leg, romanian deadlifts with a kettlebell are glute killers. 😬

🍑 I'll have to ease in to that. I've fallen off the wagon a bit and have to get back in to it. I have the lady kettlebell book that has nice workouts in it.
