Raw onions, organic honey, & lemon juice in a jar. Leave it for 10 hours on the counter. Then spoon the syrup for natures medicine.

Cut up an onion.
Pour the honey over it. Fill the jar or close to full.
Squeeze a lemon in if you want. Up to you.
Done.
Let sit on counter. Then spoon the top for heaven.
Some add some raw garlic as well.
