Yeah .. 3% is extremely low for men, bodybuilders range 3-8% - women shouldnβt drop below 10%
Dependent on the individual. Many factors come to play ofc.
yes. professional athletes and like Xiaolin should still have at least some fat & up to ~8%. extremely fit ladies can be in the teens.
extremely fit ladies * should * be in the teens. & even being 20% for ladies is still pretty damn healthy.
