yes. professional athletes and like Xiaolin should still have at least some fat & up to ~8%. extremely fit ladies can be in the teens.

extremely fit ladies * should * be in the teens. & even being 20% for ladies is still pretty damn healthy.

For sure. You can have too little or too much and be very unhealthy. I’m hoping to compete so my goals are not really for normal people 🀣
