Has anyone here ordered from Azure Standard for a delivery drop before?

Theyโ€™re supposed to send you an exact pickup time but I still havenโ€™t received mine, and the drop is supposedly tomorrow.

I actually find that a little hard to believe, since I live on the opposite side of the country from Oregon ๐Ÿ˜‚ what are the odds theyโ€™d make it to me by Monday?

Anyway Iโ€™ve been reaching out to everyone I can, checking everything, on hold for hours, and just a little freaked out ๐Ÿ˜… I would really love someone who has done this before to offer advice.

Itโ€™s unlike any other farm delivery drop Iโ€™ve ever participated in before ๐Ÿ˜“

We use it, quality items. It can be a little unreliable since it's once a month and they don't always have what you're looking for.

The truck broke down one time and it was delayed but they kept us on the loop every step

Wherever they do the drop, usually someone's farm or a place of business in town, should be your primary contact. They are called a "food buying club" and you are automatically a member if you order through azure. Call the "drop site" and ask them if you can help unload the truck. If you aren't there when it's being unloaded, usually they store it for you for a period. If you aren't getting delivery updates, that means you aren't on the buying club's mailing list yet. It's also possible you specified a drop that isn't active anymore and azure didn't remove it from the website. They aren't the brightest bulbs.

You should check out Frankferd Farms. You may be in their delivery area. Frankferd.com
