If this is an in office rhr then it may not be a true indication of resting if you have white coat syndrome. Heart rate needs to be considered in the context of blood pressure as well. If you have very low blood pressure you should look into raising it into the normal range and you should see your rhr drop. If you have high blood pressure and a high rhr then you should be very concerned.
