I think fasting every once in a while is beneficial for everyone, even those with healthy body composition.

I never had an appetite for breakfast and have always by the very nature of that, been an intermittent faster…before I knew what that was.

Last 12 years or so I don’t do lunch either unless it’s a work thing. I eat when I’m hungry, usually between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Feels good, works for me. Though I forget what it felt like before: probably hungover. Tonnes of water and tonnes of sleep too.

It’s good to push your body into autophagy once a month, typically a 36 hour fast will do that. It causes the body to go into cleanup mode and start capitalizing on parts of your body that are tolerated during abundant times…like cancer cells, and oxidized LDL cholesterol molecules in your bloodstream.

Nonononoo that all amazing but im not talking about that… fast for longer time and for noobies it will be 24 hours, for other people it maybe be 48h… Fast for longer time than you used to… and the aliens start to knock on your doors
