I never had an appetite for breakfast and have always by the very nature of that, been an intermittent faster…before I knew what that was.
Last 12 years or so I don’t do lunch either unless it’s a work thing. I eat when I’m hungry, usually between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Feels good, works for me. Though I forget what it felt like before: probably hungover. Tonnes of water and tonnes of sleep too.
