Are the green bits part of the jumper, or are the sleeves separate and she has a green top underneath?
(Ugly either way.)
it's all part of the same garment. the only way to make this look remotely good is to go really extreme on the puff sleeves. the neither here nor there approach to the unique design element of this weirdo sweater is it's failure.
