I was offered a free 20 acres by family in Alabama (has a pond and lots of deer, but a shitty neighbor and lots of water moccasins in said pond).

Might have to reconsider though lol

If it were just me I probably would do it and build a tinyhouse. If/when my whole immediate family is onboard I will take them up on it.

We have a pretty awesome community and life here in central Texas though
