No but seriously I'll be driving around West Virginia area looking for where I'm moving next. You can't beat the Appalachian IMO. Beautiful hills beautiful trees, mild weather, fireflies and whimsical folklore.

Can’t ignore prop 13 in California. I pay about $1,300 a year on a house worth over $300,000.
I was offered a free 20 acres by family in Alabama (has a pond and lots of deer, but a shitty neighbor and lots of water moccasins in said pond).
