I have a microwave...and also understand the physics behind them as its the same as the radars I fix in work...its quite interesting.
It uses small electromagnetic waves from a cavity magnetron (same concept as a radar, but much smaller wavelengths, hence microwaves) to induce polar molecules, which in turn rotate/vibrate the food molecules and produce thermal energy. The process is called dielectric heating.
I'm not aware of the process being used in mind control, but then again my lizard overlords would obviously want me to say that 👑🦎🤖

Yeh I would never cook in a traditional microwave, the old one we had was used primarily for melting butter, chocolate, and other items for baking...and reheating soup
We now have a convection microwave oven which is much better a cooking food items in a short time period, like an air fryer. But again we only limit the use of the microwave for higher water content items as it lacks the flavour profiles that frying or baking can provide
They have their uses 💯
I've got a little convection counter oven that handles a lot of tasks, and I work around it otherwise.

Never had one. Once moved in with a boyfriend 15 years ago. The first thing I did was remove the microwave from the kitchen.

It's a tool. I heat stuff with it. But I can't say I cook stuff with it.
If I can soften butter in 5 minutes using heat or 5 seconds using radiation... 🤷♂️

I don't depend on one, but I do use one. It's a way to reheat food, not very good for much else.
I own and use a medium quality microwave. Microwaves are super easy to use, makes eating leftovers way better!
no. food tastes wrong. only mad about it 1/1000 reheats.
I haven't had a microwave since 2010, I would have gotten rid of it in 2000 or before if circumstances permitted. But when they did --out it went.
Not because of mind control but because it kills everything.
Cook water in it, let it cool, then water your plants with that water... it will kill them faster than city tap water,
