Funny, i also dug about 2 gallons of potatoes. Gonna have to try this recipe!

If you like garlic you will love it. Also very easy to cook it. Healthy too. It worths the effort.

Of course there is tzatziki too, if you want another recipe. Also easy, also healthy.

Is it already time to harvest?

I’m curious how you gage to harvest.

I usually will wait out the season until the air cools.

Some say as soon as the scapes are ready to harvest the plant is.

But Ill usually harvest the scapes and let them go for another couple months

I cut scapes a month ago. I plant in October and harvest in July.

From seeds or cloves?

Is that a single year growth?

Cloves from prior year seeds. One season of growth. Planted last October.
