I guess i could do this, just a delete note that points to a pubkey. Then when damus sees this it could show an "account deleted" message :/

The delete choice should delete all user data stored by the Damus app on the device and any iCloud sync. Data already transmitted to nostr relays cannot be deleted. A request to delete shouldn’t generate more data on the nostr network.
There’s no iCloud sync. Also, that’s how deletion works on the nostr protocol. You send relays delete events.
When users delete they expect the data to be permanently deleted. Could that possibly happen?
