that is very insightful take. With my search to understand emotions and behaviours the more I learn of my own biases and others. Which is in a way a precious gift with a heavy weight of responsibility. 🙏☺️

very well said. You only have a 'finite' energy. You invest it to whoever and whatever matters to you. At the end of the day, it is your life. Those who know how to invest their energy properly are those who are not run down and built for resilience. 👌
