I followed this recipe. Honestly it tastes more like a kings Hawaiian roll, kind of sweet. But the texture is amazing. I didn't use buttermilk or buttermilk powder, instead I used half a cup of water half a cup of heavy cream and about 2 tsp of vinegar.
