AirPods use Bluetooth, which operates at 2.4GHz frequency, the same as most wifi.

I am aware RF-EMF is nonionizing, but there is an overwhelming number of studies suggesting this radiation can be harmful (PMID: 34617575, 33917298, 30533171, 30023251, 29573716)…

I strongly believe limiting our exposure to these non-native EMFs will improve our quality of life.

A simple solution is to opt for wired headphones.

Where there is electricity there is a magnetic field, two sides of the same thing.

I'm afraid those wires going all the way into the ears, by virtue of this, also emanate EMF while plugged in.

I have no idea of how much more or less impact vs bluetooth it might have, however.

I guess much less. As BT ear plugs produce headaches after about 30 minutes.

That headache is from volume plus the weird physical pressure in your ears.
